The first home for a young couple, their suburban site was nearly landlocked and so inconspicuous from the driveway width of street frontage. Setbacks and easements guided us to locate the new structure at the rear of the site, and the design of a meandering plan developed. Four bedrooms, four and a half baths, guest apartment, garage, and pool. Unfortunately circumstances changed before construction could start, and so this project stayed on the drawing board.
