A simple, early 19th century fieldstone building, nestled among three gigantic sycamores, grouped around and above a spring that has served the property since at least the early 1700’s. The trees were protected, the old stone house was shored up, and additions were built in a contemporary agrarian idiom to provide a modest weekend home for extended family.
