Our fifth project with New York Presbyterian Hospital, the renovation of a 5000 sqft orthopedics clinic for use by the Hospital for Special Surgery.  We faced the unique administrative and logistical challenges of designing and building a medical suite for one hospital entirely within a fully occupied existing building of a separate hospital. The program includes twelve exam rooms, a cast room, offices, and changing rooms, with the design focused on the central importance of the patient experience. Construction was completed in three phases to permit the clinic to remain in operation for the duration of the project.
